Frequently Asked Questions

What are your rates?

Ground/low-pole removal up to 10 ft is $99, eligible first-story is $129, and eligible second-story is $159–$189. We confirm the exact price and scope before booking. Multiple dishes, unusual setups and standalone cable removal receive a custom quote.

Do you remove mounted dishes or just haul away detached ones?

We review both mounted-dish removal and pickup of dishes already taken down. For mounted equipment, we confirm the setup and access before accepting the job.

Can you remove a second-story dish?

Some second-story setups may qualify. Send photos showing the dish and the ground below it so we can review access and handling. We don’t walk on roofs.

Will the mounting hardware stay on my roof?

For roof-mounted jobs we accept, the dish, mast and projecting support arms are removed. Only low-profile roof attachment plates or feet and their sealed fasteners remain undisturbed. We confirm the finish before you approve; if we cannot safely achieve it without disturbing roof seals, we do not accept the removal.

Can you remove the old cables too?

Your agreed scope can include accessible exterior coax confirmed to be unused. Active lines, unidentified cables, shared-service connections and grounding equipment stay in place. We don’t pull concealed wiring through walls.

Do you fill the holes left behind?

For eligible non-roof brackets and cable clips, small removal holes receive a suitable exterior seal where the surface and conditions allow. Painting, texture matching, roof repairs and roof waterproofing are outside our service.

What information should I send for a quote?

Please include your street address, city and ZIP code, which side of the house the dish is on, and photos taken safely from the ground showing the dish, mount and visible cables. If you can’t photograph it, a detailed description or conversation can help us start the review. Please don’t climb or disconnect anything.

Is cleanup and haul-away included?

Yes—for the items listed in your accepted quote. Equipment your provider requires you to return will be identified separately and handed back to you.

Do I need to contact my satellite provider first?

Confirm that the equipment is no longer serving an active account and check whether anything must be returned. Let us know about any return instructions before the appointment.

Can you provide photos for my landlord or HOA?

Yes. We can provide relevant completion photos and a summary of the work performed. If you rent or act for someone else, we’ll need the appropriate property authorization before work begins.
